Package Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Confirmation will be provided once services (flights, hotels, cruise, transfers) are secured.
2. Travel Documents
- Guests must carry a valid passport, visa(s), and other required travel documents.
- CYT can assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for delays or rejections by consulates/embassies.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
- Only services clearly listed under “What’s Included” are part of the package.
- Any item not mentioned under inclusions will be considered an extra cost and paid by the guest.
4. Responsibilities & Liability
- CYT acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transport operators).
- CYT is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
- Additional expenses due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest are the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Health & Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey.
- It is strongly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, baggage loss, or unforeseen events.
6. Itinerary & Services
- CYT reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries, hotels, or transport in case of operational issues or circumstances beyond control, while maintaining equivalent standards.
- Sightseeing and activities are subject to local conditions, availability, and operating hours.
7. Cruise-Specific Policies (if applicable)
- Cruise itineraries are subject to change due to weather, port regulations, or cruise line decisions.
- Mandatory cruise gratuities, port fees, and onboard extras are to be paid directly by the guest unless specified.
8. Governing Law
- All bookings are subject to the laws of India.
- Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
Essential information about payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment Policy
- A minimum deposit of ₹10,000 per person is required to initiate the booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid as per the booking schedule shared at confirmation.
- All payments should be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved online payment methods only.
- Final travel documents/vouchers will be released only after full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: Administrative charge of ₹5,000 per person.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be forfeited.
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation charges apply.
- No-show / Early departure: No refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days after written cancellation request.All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.Refund amount will exclude any non-refundable charges (such as airline tickets, visa fees, cruise bookings, or special activity passes).In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest), refunds will be processed as per the vendor/service provider’s policy.
