Package Terms & Conditions
The package cost is per adult and includes all services mentioned under “Inclusions.”
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, or operational issues.
Prices are dynamic and may change due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or other factors beyond our control.
Travelers must ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, travel insurance) as per the destination requirements.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, upgrades, or services not mentioned in the inclusions will be borne by the traveler.
Hotel check-in and check-out times will follow the respective hotel policies.
Tourist Dirham tax (if applicable) must be paid directly by the traveler at the hotel.
The company will not be liable for any loss of baggage, personal items, or travel documents during the trip.
Essential information about payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment Policy
At the time of booking: Minimum 50% of the total package cost is required.
30 days before departure: Remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared.
If booking is made less than 30 days before travel, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking.
All payments should be made via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay (Payment Gateway).
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation.
15–30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation.
Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation.
In case of visa rejection, a service charge of ₹5,000 per person will be deducted, and the remaining refundable amount (if any) will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after deducting cancellation charges as per policy.
Refunds for components like airfare, visas, and insurance depend on the respective service provider’s policy.
No refund will be provided for unutilized services or last-minute cancellations.
