- Balance payment must be completed as per the booking confirmation shared by our team.
- Door step delivery / pick up (Document & Payment Collection charges) may apply as per actuals.
- Bank charges / remittance fees (if any) are to be borne by the traveller.
Cancellation Policy
- DMZ is a military zone. If DMZ is not accessible due to any reason, the local service provider may offer an alternative tour.
- Entrance ticket to DMZ is approximately 4 USD per person (subject to change).
- No refund for any missed services / sightseeing components.
- Airline / hotel / supplier cancellation rules apply for non-refundable components.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if any) are processed after deducting applicable supplier charges and cancellation fees.
- Refund timelines depend on airline/hotel/ground operator settlement cycles.
