Package Terms & Conditions
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
• Minimum 2 passengers required for group departure packages.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date is mandatory.
• Schengen visa required for Indian passport holders. Visa processing time is 15-20 working days.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for international travel.
• Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM as per European standards.
• Itinerary may be modified due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• First come, first served for fixed departure dates. Limited seats available per departure.
Essential information about payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment Policy
• 30% advance payment required at the time of booking confirmation.
• 40% payment required 60 days before departure.
• Full payment required 45 days before departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateway.
• TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as per government regulations will be applicable on international packages.
• GST applicable as per prevailing government rates.
Cancellation Policy
• 60 days or more before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 45-59 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 30-44 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• 29 days or less before departure: 100% of total package cost (No refund)
• Visa rejection or denial will incur processing charges and service fees.
• No refunds for partially used services or no-shows during the tour.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days after cancellation.
• Refund amount will be credited to the same account from which payment was made.
• No refund for unused services, missed excursions, or voluntary modifications during the tour.
• Refunds are subject to bank charges and processing fees.
• Force majeure conditions (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics) may affect refund policies.
