Package Terms & Conditions
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
• Minimum 2 passengers required for all Malaysia packages.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date is mandatory.
• Visa requirements: Indian passport holders can obtain visa on arrival or eVisa for Malaysia.
• Package prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations and availability.
• Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Any changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances will not be compensated.
Essential information about payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment Policy
• 25% advance payment required at the time of booking confirmation.
• 50% payment required 30 days before departure.
• Full payment required 15 days before departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateway.
• TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as per government regulations will be applicable on international packages.
Cancellation Policy
• 45 days or more before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total package cost (No refund)
• Cancellation charges are applicable from the date of booking confirmation.
• Weekend and public holiday cancellations will be processed on the next working day.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after cancellation.
• Refund amount will be credited to the same account from which payment was made.
• No refund for unused services, missed flights, or no-shows.
• Refunds are subject to bank charges and processing fees.
• Force majeure conditions (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) may affect refund policies.
