Package Terms & Conditions
- These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between (‘You’ or ‘The Customer’) and Customise your Trip (‘We’, ‘The Company’ or ‘Us’).
- By booking any trip or service through Customise your Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
- All packages are subject to change based on real-time availability and pricing at the time of final payment.
- Any updates related to your package, such as changes in hotels, airlines, or itinerary, will be provided as soon as possible.
- Failing to adhere to the payment schedule & policy can lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
- Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.
- If the company is unable to operate a specific tour, alternative arrangements may be offered at the company’s discretion.
- Once alternatives have been provided, no further claims or objections shall be entertained.
- If alterations are made to your booked tour/holiday after confirmation, you may:- Continue with the altered plan.
- Opt for a different tour/holiday suggested by the company.
 
No compensation for damages, extra expenses, or losses will be entertained in such cases.
Essential information about payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment Policy
- To confirm a booking, a non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
- Customers must make full payment within the specified time frames before departure.
- Nonpayment of the full amount by the due date may lead to cancellation of booking or associated services.
- Booking amounts for trips:- Weekend Trips → INR 3,000 per person.
- Domestic GIT → INR 5,000 per person.
- International GIT → INR 10,000 per person.
- Long Haul GIT → INR 35,000 per person.
- Customised Trips → 30% of package amount.
 
- Final payment deadlines:- Weekend Trips → 7–10 days before departure.
- Domestic GIT → 15–20 days before departure.
- International GIT → 30–45 days before departure.
 
Customised Trips → 20 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking amount of the package is nonrefundable if cancellation is from the customer’s end.
- If cancellation is from Customise your Trip’s end, 100% of the package amount is refundable.
- Timelines for cancellations:- 45 days prior or before departure → 20% of package price or advance (whichever is higher) will be forfeited.
- 30 days prior or before departure → 50% of package price or advance (whichever is higher) will be forfeited.
- Within 30–15 days to departure → 70% of package price will be forfeited.
- Within 14–0 days to departure → 100% of package price will be forfeited.
 
- Free rescheduling is available. If cancelled, the amount will be refunded as a credit note valid for 2 years.
- Cancellations due to government restrictions, natural calamities, protests, or unforeseen circumstances are nonrefundable.
- Flight cancellation policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
Refund Policy
- Booking amount is nonrefundable.
- If cancellation is from Customise your Trip’s end, 100% refund of package amount will be provided.
- If cancelled by customer, applicable forfeiture rules apply (as per cancellation policy).
Refunds, if any, may be given in the form of a credit note valid for 2 years.
