RequiredAddressed to Embassy Of The Republic Of Croatia with duration, purpose, expenses clause. Include all applicants' details (name, passport no.).
Previous visa copies (US/UK/Schengen etc.)
Soft copies of valid/expired visas.
Credit Card copy
With 3 months statement.
Original Endorsement Receipt
EUR 1500 may be required if embassy asks; can try submission without.
Minor NOC (if applicable)
If minor with one parent/alone: Notarised NOC from other/both parents with passport copies.
