Signed Visa Form
RequiredOnline visa form to be filled on https://finlandvisa.fi/ and printed. Multiple‑entry requires signatures at 4 places; single‑entry at 2 places (Col 37 and bottom).
Passport Copy
RequiredFront and last page copy.
Passport Size Photos
Required2 recent coloured photos 35x45 mm, matte, white background, 80% face coverage, non‑smiling; without glasses/head covering (unless religious).
Signed Cover Letter
RequiredAddressed to The Embassy of Finland with duration, purpose, expense clause; include all applicants' details (name, passport no.).

Important Notes
- • IMPORTANT: Download forms from www.migri.fi. Embassy may ask for additional documents/interview.
- • Valid visa stamped on old passport is automatically cancelled; apply for fresh visa.
- • Handwritten/observation passports are not accepted; obtain fresh passport booklet.
- • If applicant has not travelled earlier despite Schengen visa stamped, provide reason in cover letter.
- • Biometric: mandated by Embassy of Finland, New Delhi each time at New Delhi VAC (with standard exemptions).
